1. Die Pfirsiche würfeln und evtl. für die Dekoration einige Spalten beiseite legen.
2. Den Quark mit der Sahne in einer großen Schüssel mischen und Zucker unterrühren. Danach vorsichtig die Pfirsichwürfel unterheben.
3. Den Quark in der Schüssel servieren oder in Dessertgläser umfüllen und nach belieben mit Pfirsichen und Sahne dekorieren.
